My Speech on 26th Jan, 2019

All praise is for Allah S.W.T. the Lord of all universes. May peace and blessings of Allah be upon our Prophet Muhammad S and his households and illustrious companions.
It’s an occasion of happiness for all of us to celebrate the 70th Republic Day of India, as Allah S.W.T has made us inhabitants of such a country where one has full freedom to practice his own religion and implement its teachings in day to day life. We should be grateful to Allah S.W.T for providing us this great blessing.
When we turn over the pages of history, we find that 70 years ago on this day the constitution of India had come into the effect. This constitution was made by Dr Bhim Rao Ambedkar along with his team and approved on 26th Nov 1949 and implemented by 26th Jan 1950.
In our country, the democracy system is being followed politically. Democracy has four inevitable pillars. 1 Legislative 2 Executive 3 Judiciary 4 Media (Electronic/Press/Newspapers etc.)
Each pillar has an important role to play to maintain an upright democratic system in our country.
Therefore, Legislative makes the laws on the basis of circumstances encountered by the country. These laws are implemented at state level. These laws are framed by the public themselves or the elected people by the public. The second pillar is Executive, which has a very influential role towards making the laws effective in country, or passes such orders that would be helpful in implementation of laws. Executive committee is being elected by public also. Then comes Judiciary which has a responsible role to sort out the issues of a particular person, group or a nation if they are affected with some troubles from the laws passed by Legislative and implemented by Executive.
And the last pillar is press and newspapers, which play a very important role to present the situation of a particular place to the inhabitants of other places throughout the country. That means this pillar has the characteristic of transparency of the above mentioned three basic pillars in country. If these four pillars of the democracy work in a proper spirit, the country will progress towards development and prosperity.
Every individual in our country has freedom and should stay here following the constitution of India. In return one will get his legal rights and protection under the laws. From the few years back, our country progressed well and many changes took place in our country. During this period, some circumstances occurred due to reason that we as Muslims strayed from the education point of view, thus it started to be seem that a certain distance originated between us and the country and we became unaware of our fundamental rights, hence we are caught with the thinking that we are being treated unjustly and not being behaved equally. Only the reason for this is lack of education and unawareness of our rights from our side.
From now onwards if we begin paying special attention towards education irrespective of worldly or Ukhrawi, there is no reason why we would not get our fundamental rights and protection. We, therefore, should make all out efforts to educate our masses, and trace the country by forming ourselves as an exemplary citizen. By these few words I finish my speech with a resolution that, lets promote education, both Deeni & Duniyawi for the betterment of our society. I look forward to your kind cooperation for this noble cause of our beloved Islam. Jazakallahu Khair.
